Lovely partyware to Party Perfect.

Alison and Zoe have outgrown character-themed parties now, but I remember having to trawl Evilbay in search of partyware with their favourite characters on it because no one in Singapore stocked them. At one stage, I drove myself nearly nuts trying to find a seller who would ship Spot-themed goodie bags, plates, napkins and cups to me without charging an arm and leg. No one would, so I ended up having a party with one of the more easily available themes like Strawberry Shortcake or Spongebob Squarepants. I can’t remember which one.

Anyhow, two good friends of mine have identified a huge gap in the availability of nice, classy partyware for birthdays and weddings in Singapore, and started a company called Party Perfect. They carry partyware from various brands, and all of it is so pretty, it’s good enough to eat. And they carry Spot partyware!

I want a Spot party with this centrepiece.

Other themes they carry include flower fairies based on Cicely Mary Barker’s illustrations, which I love so much I actually have quilting fabric featuring the fairies shown in this napkin:

Almost too pretty to wipe with!

I don’t know a single little girl who wouldn’t coo in delight at a princess themed party with this pretty centrepiece, complete with a castle:

Comes with not one but two knights in shining armour.

Have I whet your appetite for prettiness enough? If you’re dying to see more, Party Perfect is holding a private launch tea party this Sunday 4 March from 4 to 6pm. See the invitation below for more details.
