The girls have gone with my mum and dad up to KL for a couple of days, so K and I are savouring a rare free weekend. First order of the day: attend the SGBMX National Championship 2011. K decided to race and was assigned to the Masters category. He wasn’t in top form though. For some reason, he woke up with a fever and didn’t do himself any favours by riding in the blisteringly hot sun. It was a beautiful day for riding considering the crappy weather we’ve been having recently, but the heat was very hard on the riders who were knackered after a couple of rounds.
